Welcome to Exotic Pet Expos Community. By registering for or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, buy, or sell on this site. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• You may not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.

• All listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of their listings.
• You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of animals and related products.
• The sale of federally prohibited or illegally obtained animals is strictly prohibited.
• Sellers must disclose any known health issues with animals being sold.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for arranging and completing their own transactions.

By listing animals, products, or services on this platform, sellers agree to the following:

• Sellers are solely responsible for their listings. Exotic Pet Expos Community does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, animal, or product posted on the platform.
• Sellers are solely responsible for completing their sales. Once a buyer and seller agree to a transaction, fulfillment, shipping, payment, and any disputes are entirely between the two parties.
• Sellers are solely responsible for legal compliance. This includes but is not limited to species-specific regulations, state wildlife laws, health certifications, shipping restrictions, and any applicable permits or documentation.
• Sellers are responsible for accurate health disclosure. Any known health conditions, feeding issues, injuries, or concerns must be disclosed in the listing before sale.
• Sellers are responsible for shipping outcomes. Live animal shipping is undertaken at the seller's and buyer's agreed risk. We strongly encourage live arrival guarantees and the use of reputable, experienced shippers.

Exotic Pet Expos Community is a marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any transaction and accept no liability for the outcome of any sale, trade, or exchange made through this platform.

• Listings for CITES-protected species without proper documentation.
• Fraudulent listings, scams, or misrepresentation of animals or products.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or automated bot activity.
• Sharing personal information of other users without consent.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Exotic Pet Expos Community is committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for all members. Bullying, harassment, and hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate permanent account termination.

The following are strictly prohibited in all areas of the community:

• Bullying, intimidation, or targeted harassment of any user.
• Posting content intended to humiliate, shame, or demean other members.
• Personal attacks based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Repeatedly contacting a user after they have asked you to stop.
• Encouraging or inciting others to harass or target a specific user.

If you experience or witness bullying or harassment, please use the report feature or contact us directly. We take all reports seriously and will act promptly.

Exotic Pet Expos Community is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not process payments between buyers and sellers, hold funds, or guarantee the completion of any sale. All payment arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers. We strongly encourage the use of secure, traceable payment methods.

Exotic Pet Expos Community and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users, the condition or health of animals sold, shipping issues, or any disputes between buyers and sellers. Use of the site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Decisions made by administrators are final.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
